What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess the quality of complex risks and evaluate loss potentials according to industry standards
- Provide risk improvement advice and conduct loss investigations, including trend and root cause analysis
- Share technical expertise through training and collaboration with colleagues and customers
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners, creating effective service plans
- Resolve technical issues and contribute to business operations profit through opportunity spotting and cross-selling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of experience in property Risk Engineering, or
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with 8 or more years of experience in property Risk Engineering, or
- Zurich Certified Apprentice with an Associate’s degree and 6 or more years of experience in property Risk Engineering
- Experience working in a team environment
- Knowledge of exposures, controls, and best practice risk improvement for Specialist roles
