Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a consultative professional to provide expert risk assessment services within a loss prevention specialty. This role includes on-site evaluations, creating service plans, and mentoring less experienced consultants.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in consulting, with strong communication skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office. The position supports workplace flexibility and offers professional development opportunities.
Provides moderately complex consultative services to an assigned group of customers within a loss prevention specialty area or territory. Conducts on‑site evaluations, evaluates data, and creates/implements service plans to control customer source of risk, losses, and costs. Provides risk assessment services and information to track progress and demonstrate the value of doing business with Liberty Mutual. Serves as a trainer/mentor to less experienced consultants in their specialty area at the discretion of their manager. Enhances the company’s leadership position in the safety field through developing key relationships.
This role is open to candidates with loss control property loss control experience located in MA, NH, CT, Eastern NY, RI. Responsibilities include site visits in VT, NH, MA, ME, RI, CT, and Eastern NY.
Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles may include a compensation plan that includes commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan.
