Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of applicable experience in construction risk or program control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling and retirement of threat/opportunity.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning and monitor overall risk exposure.
• Lead and run risk assessments and develop risk management plans in adherence to client requirements.
• Produce risk reports timely to support communication of threat and opportunity status.
