Job summary

Bank of America’s Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) team is hiring for a role that designs and executes risk-based testing strategies across end-to-end processes and controls. You will partner with process owners, risk managers, and compliance professionals to identify risks, evaluate controls, and drive continuous improvements while delivering meaningful risk and operational insights.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, CS, Statistics, Engineering, OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, risk management and documentation skills.
• Experience with data analysis and testing across processes.

Responsibilities

• Embodies EIT core skills: critical thinking, decisiveness, enterprise mindset, proactivity, project management, risk management, adaptability, collaboration, client focus, effective communication, and control discipline
• Partners with process and data owners, risk managers, GCOR, and EIT teams to drive improvements and detect errors
• Uses methodology outputs and testing scripts to drive process improvements and detect errors
• Communicates rationale, methodology, and results to senior stakeholders, auditors, and regulators
• Applies experience in process and operational excellence
