Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a candidate to support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) capabilities across business processes, controls, and risk management. You will work with business partners, risk managers, and testing teams to develop test content, validate data, and report findings.

The role emphasizes process analysis, data validation, and documentation, with opportunities to grow expertise in risk management, testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees or above in fields including but not limited to: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process and Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration.
• Experience with testing lifecycle concepts and data validation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, execution, and maintenance of testing methodologies and scripts.
• Assists with gathering, validating, analyzing, and documenting data for test development.
• Executes testing activities in line with established methodologies and quality standards.
• Documents testing procedures, results, and evidence clearly and reproducibly.
• Identifies and escalates testing exceptions and concerns promptly.
• Collaborates with partners to drive continuous improvement across the testing lifecycle.
