Job summary

Bank of America is hiring for Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) to serve as the enterprise utility for independent testing across end-to-end processes, controls, and risk programs.

You will design risk-based testing strategies, collaborate with process owners and risk managers, and translate findings into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and regulators. This role emphasizes analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in risk-based testing and controls assessment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based testing strategies across end-to-end processes.
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks and evaluate controls.
• Translate data into actionable risk and operational insights.
