You Are

A critical thinker experienced in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across multiple domains. Skilled in building trusted relationships with C-suite executives, you proactively identify opportunities to improve risk management and deliver sustainable solutions.

The Work

Collaborate with top-tier clients across various industries to:

1. Establish sustainable control frameworks and operating models.
2. Assess and improve client processes and control effectiveness.
3. Lead end-to-end control lifecycle transformations.
4. Embed controls into platform transformations.
5. Redesign and automate controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
6. Develop scalable control testing methodologies.
7. Define key control metrics for continuous monitoring.
8. Design target operating models for risk and control functions.
9. Adopt innovative tools and technologies for risk management.
10. Manage client relationships, project teams, and deliverables.
11. Build new business through strong client engagement and proposal development.

Travel as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

+ 9+ years of management consulting experience in controls transformation within relevant industries.

+ Expertise in finance, business, or technology controls, including control framework development, risk assessment, control testing, monitoring, platform controls, and automation.

+ Strong leadership, project management, and client engagement skills.

+ Bachelor's degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with Gen AI, risk management platforms, internal audit transformations, and relevant certifications (CPA, CISA, CIA).
