Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Process Improvement, or similar degree.
• Action Oriented: Initiating action with a drive to achieve and to be successful in whatever they attempt.
• Collaboration: Understanding the importance of relationships to enable effective teamwork.
• Communications: Interacting with others through verbal and non-verbal means to present information in an engaging and understandable manner.
• Proficient with Excel / Microsoft suite.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels.

Responsibilities

• The internship exposes you to Financial / IT Internal Control assurance and day-to-day risk & controls responsibilities.
• Evaluate financial and IT control procedures, end-to-end assessments and internal control design.
• Use data analytics and visualization to identify control deficiencies and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting/finance, IT, and supply chain.
• Present project work to company leaders to gain executive visibility.
• Develop testing methods and monitor defects and fixes in business systems.
