Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail Safety & Security Management or IKEA Risk & Compliance experience.
• Knowledge of legislation regarding safety, security, and risk in retail environments.
• Must be eligible to obtain a security guard license in specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Hires, onboards, and trains team members to build an effective Risk & Compliance team.
• Executes compliance tasks and prepares various assessments and reports.
• Oversees safety and security at the site, managing risks and ensuring compliance.
