Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
• GPA of at least 3.0.
• Interest in HR and people analytics with strong curiosity and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives with program coordination, communications, and reporting.
• Assist with data analysis to identify trends and improve programs.
• Contribute to inclusion and employee experience efforts.
