Job summary

Axos Bank invites students to join its 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience in a technology-driven financial environment. Interns participate in a capstone project, leadership sessions, financial literacy training, and a volunteer day, with two session dates to choose from.

The Compliance Internship offers exposure to regulatory frameworks, risk management practices, and real projects supporting the bank’s compliance program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compliance-related projects and tasks in your assigned track (AML or Risk & Compliance).
• Support data analysis, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks to support compliance programs.
