Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Compliance Examiner in Irving, TX to partner with RCA professionals and manage risk through a formal framework. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to identify gaps, escalate risks, and drive improvements.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of relevant work, and Series 7 with Series 63 or 66 registrations. FINRA 24 is highly preferred; location is on-site with regular collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 3+ years of applicable experience in compliance or related fields.
• Series 7 required; Series 63 or 66 registrations required.
• FINRA Series 24 highly preferred; exam may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with RCA professionals and managers to implement a risk management framework.
• Identify gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses from weak internal processes.
• Escalate risks as appropriate and serve as a liaison between lines of business and Lines of Defense.
• Lead department efforts with strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Collaborate across teams to understand operations, products, and risks.
