St. Clair Hospital seeks a professional to provide paralegal, information system administration, and administrative services for Administrative and Risk Management departments, including risk management support, claims handling, and RL Solutions/PSRS system administration.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work with legal counsel, insurers, and executives. Based in Pittsburgh, this position focuses on patient safety and grievance management within SCH

Qualifications

• Three years of previous legal or risk management or other relevant experience.
• Completion of an Associate’s degree or higher
• Experience, training and education as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary, or similarly functioning role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to accurately trend, track and apply basic analytics for report generation and distribution.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally with legal counsel, insurance brokers, executives, physicians, nurses and others.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently; possesses critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Provide paralegal, information system administration, and administrative services for Administrative and Risk Management departments, including risk management.
• Serve as RL Solutions systems administrator for the Risk Management Incident Reporting and Claims Management Systems.
• Serve as the facility system manager for Pennsylvania Patient Safety Reporting System (PSRS).
