Aritzia is seeking a Risk Associate to support the Store team with a strong focus on merchandise security and safe store operations, delivering an outstanding customer experience while protecting brand integrity.

In this role within our Enterprise Risk Management department you will help minimize loss, coach staff on inventory accuracy, safeguard assets, and promote a secure, compliant store environment across the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Loss Prevention / Risk.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in a related field.
