Job summary

Diné College is seeking a Risk Management and Asset Manager at the Tsaile Campus to oversee insurance, asset inventory, fleet records, and risk mitigation. This role requires coordinating with carriers, brokers, and internal departments to protect College assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of progressive experience in risk/asset management or related areas.
• Knowledge of asset life cycle, regulatory compliance, auditing and internal controls, and contract/vendor management.
• Experience in project management, finance, operations, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all College insurance coverage and related schedules.
• Maintain asset inventories, assets records, and fleet documentation.
• Coordinate risk management, potential mitigation, and disaster recovery planning.
• Prepare compliance and insurance reports and liaise with vendors and regulators.
• Monitor and improve asset risk management and internal controls.
