Job summary

Pennymac is seeking an RSA Analyst to support Credit, Compliance, QC and Enterprise Risk Management with data-driven reporting and analytics. You will write SQL queries, develop materials for leadership, and collaborate across teams to define process specifications for applications.

The role requires 1+ years of experience and familiarity with mortgage banking; proficiency in MS Office and SQL Server is preferred. Office-based with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft SQL Server preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
• Technology, Finance or Economics background preferred.
• Familiarity with mortgage banking, and mortgage related regulatory requirements helpful.

Responsibilities

• Write queries to pull data, perform analysis and produce reporting on regular and ad-hoc basis
• Ensure reporting routines are executed accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in the development and maintenance of materials for leadership presentations
• Collaborate with business unit colleagues to create detailed process-based specifications for Application Development projects
• Understand, interpret, and present recommendations for action based on a data-driven analysis
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
