• Carry the Change Management thread across three time zones and two tools

• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon
• Steer Production Systems Inc's Networking roadmap with both nerve and humility
• Earn the trust to make trust-based judgment calls without a committee
• Hold the line on quality when deadlines start whispering shortcuts
