Job summary

Rehmann in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a senior assurance leader to manage significant audits and advise clients. You will build client relationships, lead teams, and present findings to client leadership, shaping solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary professionals.

The role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and developing associates, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to business growth while upholding integrity.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of relevant assurance experience in public accounting or industry.
• CPA license required
• Outstanding client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast- paced environment
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
• Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance
• Enthusiasm for recognizing and rewarding great work by those around you
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
