Job summary

Rehmann is seeking an experienced audit professional to lead and execute audits for financial institutions. In this senior role, you will mentor junior staff, manage complex engagements, and advise clients on control improvements.

You will contribute to a culture of teamwork, client service excellence, and growth while upholding integrity and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of audit and assurance experience within the financial institutions industry.
• Outstanding client service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment.
• Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance.
• Enthusiasm for recognizing and rewarding great work by those around you.
