Job summary

Rehmann in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a seasoned audit leader to drive complex financial institution engagements and deliver outstanding client service.

You will mentor teams, coach associates to higher performance, present findings to client leadership, and identify innovative solutions that advance our clients.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of audit and assurance experience within financial institutions.
• CPA licensed required; exceptional client service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based setting.
• Coaching others to higher levels of performance; entrepreneurial spirit.
