Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting.
• Public accounting or relevant experience (e.g., industry risk/internal audit).
• Interest in CPA, CIA or other certificate in risk and/or analytics.
• Balance of academic excellence, interpersonal skills and leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to management.
• The ability to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality professional day-to-day execution of internal audit/risk advisory engagements and special projects
• Work as part of the engagement team focusing on executing and documenting compliance or advisory projects
• Support a variety of clients within the public and private sectors, and assist the team in preparing internal audit reports
• Participate in department initiatives related to innovation, knowledge sharing, and analytics
• Proactively interact with client’s key management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements
• Become a trusted advisor to our clients to help them be successful
