Legacy Risk Solutions LLC in Georgia seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Risk Advisor to grow our book by developing new business relationships and delivering tailored risk management solutions for commercial clients. Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• 3+ years of commercial insurance sales or business development experience.
• Proven success growing a commercial book of business.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with agency management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial insurance business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Identify prospective clients’ insurance needs and recommend customized commercial insurance and risk management solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals while communicating coverage options and value-added services.
• Collaborate with carrier partners and underwriters to negotiate coverage terms and pricing.
• Work with Commercial Lines Account Managers to ensure onboarding and service excellence for new clients.
• Conduct annual client reviews to identify evolving business risks and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve new business production goals.
• Stay informed on commercial insurance products, market conditions, carrier appetites, and industry trends.
• Accurately maintain client activity and sales opportunities within the agency management and CRM systems.

Position Summary

Legacy Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced, results-driven Commercial Lines Insurance Risk Advisor to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing new business relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering customized insurance and risk management solutions to businesses across a variety of industries.

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a consultative approach, strong business development skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to grow a book of business while partnering with experienced account management and service teams to deliver exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
• Three or more years of commercial insurance sales or business development experience preferred.
• Proven success developing new business and growing a commercial book of business.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and risk management principles.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system is preferred.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
