Wakely Consulting Group is seeking a Risk Adjustment Consultant with hands-on ACA and MA risk adjustment experience to lead client engagements and coordinate internal teams. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights, managing timelines, and contributing to Wakely’s risk adjustment service growth.

The ideal candidate brings operational expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare consulting, actuarial analysis, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead client interactions with actuarial, coding, data and operational experts to translate analyses into actionable insights.
• Develop, manage and execute project timelines for multiple engagements to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Learn Wakely tools, products, and methodologies to support client needs and internal initiatives.
• Support business development including RFP responses, proposals and scoping discussions.
• Oversee risk adjustment operations, including coding operations, provider education, and operational assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
