Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, health informatics, business or related field, with healthcare analytics experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare analytics, risk adjustment, or population health.
• Experience building dashboards, ETL processes, and analytic data models.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics and data governance for MA and ACA risk adjustment.
• Analyze large datasets integrating claims, encounters, pharmacy and provider data.
• Develop SAS/SQL and Power BI solutions for data extraction and analytics.
• Oversee EDPS/EDGE submission processes and automate workflows.
• Build Power BI reports and dashboards with reusable templates.
• Present analytical findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to deliver analytical solutions.
• Support external partners by clarifying data needs and resolving issues.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
