Job summary

Oscar is seeking a Manager, Risk Adjustment (RA), Provider Partnerships to lead strategy and execution of provider-facing RA initiatives. You will own cross-functional program delivery across RA, Network, Market, Data Science, and external providers.

• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of the RA Provider Partnerships program.
• Partner with Network, Market, Legal/Contracting, and Data Science teams to incorporate RA requirements into provider agreements.
• Analyze provider performance and develop targeted improvement plans.
