Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Completion of LEAP Store Manager training or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages store front end and advises on pharmacy and retail operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables; may cover shifts and manage scheduling conflicts.
• Leads and trains team members; handles performance management and discipline as needed.
• Analyses financial and performance data; identifies sales opportunities and implements action plans for store improvement.
• Supports Pharmacy during busy periods and maintains compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
