Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, professional ethics, self-motivation, and strong business acumen.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters; manage front end of the store and advise on operations.
• Support Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and cover shifts as needed.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline for team members.
• Monitor and improve customer service metrics and store profitability.
