Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
• Promotion possible to Store Manager; relocation may be required for the right candidate.
• Must be able to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables; covers store activities in absence of the Store Manager.
• Drives profitability and store performance through merchandising, controls, and cost management.
• Leads training, coaching, and performance management of team members.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety standards, and laws across store locations.
