Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring for a Manager in Training at our Fenton, MO location. You will lead store teammates, oversee training, scheduling, and adherence to policies with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

In this role you will drive the store's profitability, manage inventory and cash controls, and participate in safety and policy meetings. Growth opportunities and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience driving store profitability through sales, inventory control and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to motivate and develop Teammates; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the store's financial health with sales, inventory, cash controls and P&L responsibility.
• Recruit, onboard and develop Teammates; build a high-performing team.
• Set the example on guest service; resolve guest complaints effectively.
• Oversee safety, attendance and uniform standards; attend or conduct store meetings.
