Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager in Pflugerville to lead front-end and pharmacy-related operations, drive sales, and manage personnel. The role includes recruiting, coaching, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

The candidate will work closely with the Store Manager on company deliverables, mentor team members, and oversee performance management, with a focus on safety, customer service, and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program or High School Diploma/GED with supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end operations and store team schedules.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline direct reports to meet goals.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, pricing, and store-level audits.
• Support Store Manager with store operations and strategic initiatives.
• Drive customer experience improvements and sales profitability.
