Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent internship program.

• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion to Store Manager if offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and store operations front-end and merchandising.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and discipline direct reports to meet company deliverables.
• Lead customer experience initiatives and improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and store assets with adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to drive sales and profitability.
