Job summary

Alterman Management Group, Inc. in Lewisville, TX seeks a Level 1 Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers on assigned components.

You will participate in project planning, review plans, prepare RFIs and submittals, and assist with scheduling and cost projections, ensuring safety, quality, and cost goals. Essential duties include coordination with Preconstruction and Project Support teams, maintaining documentation, and assisting in project close-out.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum education pathways and participate in PM training.
• Experience supervising or coordinating project tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, kickoff sessions, and scheduling.
• Review plans and specifications; prepare RFIs and submittals.
• Support schedule development and cost projections; maintain documentation.
• Assist close-out procedures including punch lists and AHJ inspections.
