• Minimum GPA 3.2.
• Sophomore or junior status.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a 10-week internship program within Independent Risk Management (IRM) to gain exposure and build foundational skills.
• Engages in data analysis and metrics, policy and procedures development, research, communications, and reporting.
• Hears from IRM senior leaders throughout the 10 weeks and collaborates on challenges proposed by stakeholders.
