Job summary

NFP is seeking an entry-level Retirement Plan Consultant to support retirement plan consulting, client service, investment reporting, and plan administration. You will work with Senior Advisors to service clients, analyze investments, and assist in plan transitions, building technical expertise in retirement plans.

The role offers growth into retirement advisory and financial services with a base salary in a competitive range and eligibility for incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Interest in retirement plans, investments, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Support retirement plan consulting and client service activities.
• Assist in investment reporting and plan administration tasks.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for client meetings.
• Coordinate plan transitions and project-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client, investment, and plan data.
• Develop technical knowledge of retirement plan operations and pricing.
