You will work closely with Senior Advisors to support client relationships and plan transitions while building industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Interest in retirement plans and financial services.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing client relationships and day-to-day service needs.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Participate in client meetings and prepare materials and presentations.
• Communicate retirement plan concepts and industry best practices to clients.
• Support investment monitoring and reporting processes.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of client reporting deliverables.
• Assist with retirement plan administration, operations, and transitions.
• Coordinate project timelines and documentation for plan transitions.
• Maintain accurate records of client, investment, and plan information.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office.
