Responsibilities

• Sales and Profits: Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift and participate in annual budget and P&L reviews.
• Quality: Monitor product quality during shifts and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Service: Train crew to respond promptly to customer needs and solicit feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Cleanliness: Ensure restaurant cleanliness and address deficiencies according to the cleaning plan.
• Training: Train crew in new products and development of managers, cross-train for coverage.
• Recognition: Acknowledge high-performing crew members to GM/DM.
• Controls: Monitor prep, production, inventory, cash security, and adherence to standards.
• Policies and Procedures: Follow operations manuals and maintain safe working conditions and compliance.
• Administration: Write crew schedules and ensure benefits compliance where applicable.
• Maintenance: Follow preventive maintenance and monitor equipment.
