• Review monthly budget and P&L to ensure profitability.
• Promote customer satisfaction to grow sales.
• Monitor food costs and waste; enforce cost controls.
• Lead, interview, train and develop staff with GM/DM support.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
