• Monthly review of budget and P&L.
• Promote customer satisfaction to grow sales and profits.
• Monitor food costs and waste to maintain quality and profitability.
• Train crew to respond promptly to customer needs and maintain courtesy.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to the restaurant cleaning plan.
• Cross-train crew for flexible coverage and efficiency.
• Follow SOPs and health department guidelines.
• Prepare crew schedules to meet plans and objectives.
• Oversee maintenance and proper operation of equipment.
