Qualifications
- Three years of related experience or a post-secondary degree may substitute for experience.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, mathematics, accounting, economics, business, or related field preferred.
- Real estate internship or similar practical experience in commercial real estate or financial services is valued.
Responsibilities
- Investment Management Support for the Principal Investments Portfolio.
- Portfolio Strategy, Reporting and Compliance Support.
- Principal Investments Leverage Program Administration (REPIMAC & PICF).
- Portfolio Information Management and Internal Communication.
- Market Research and Professional Development.
- Other duties as assigned.
