Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support the Project Manager on civil/industrial energy projects. You will coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities through development and execution phases.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong organization, and teamwork. You will help prepare schedules, participate in design reviews, monitor procurement, and assist with monthly reports and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field; may substitute with apprenticeship or combined education/experience.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem evaluation and solving skills; understanding of project design and EPC processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases.
• Assists PM in developing initial project schedules with involved teams.
• Participates in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Supports procurement with subcontractor and vendor scopes and schedule exhibits.
• Collaborates with Safety personnel on safety plans and incident reporting.
• Prepares monthly project review reports and assists with project closeouts.
• Assists with RFIs and improves quality of technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables.
