Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience on relevant projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Experience in managing field staff and building relationships with owners.
• Willingness to relocate within a region.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in CPM schedule development and subcontract/purchasing order creation.
• Provide support to the Project Superintendent and lead project staff/engineers.
• Track change proposals, change orders, and owner payment applications.
• Monitor job costs and prepare quantity and labor reports.
• Support on-site Total Quality Management processes.
• Assist in project closeout and ensure safety and EEO programs.
