Mortenson is seeking an experienced Project Engineer I to interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and resolving field coordination issues with project team members and participants.

• Interpret project plans, specifications and details for subcontractors and craft persons.
• Maintain and implement quality plans and documentation processes.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, Change Orders and project closeout.
• Mentor and evaluate field engineers; support project team coordination.
• Ensure safety compliance and schedule adherence across teams.
• Communicate performance and project status to stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management
