Budget Car and Truck Rental of Kansas City is seeking a Manager Trainee to join our Kansas City team. This full-time program prepares you to lead a standalone store or oversee rentals and operations at the airport, with hands-on exposure to customers, vehicle inspections, inventory, and daily facilities care.

You'll gain leadership experience through coaching teammates, driving sales with add-ons, and building client relationships as you advance into management within 3–6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers to keep rental agencies running.
• Monitor fleet and inventory to meet demand.
• Open/close rental contracts and print manifests.
• Promote add-ons like insurance or GPS.
• Prepare reports and log daily wins.
