Job summary

BDO Belgium is seeking a junior Management Consultant for the Telecom, Energy & Utilities sector across Belgium, with offices in Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia.

You will support clients with process analysis, workshops, and actionable improvements while collaborating with project teams to deliver value. This role requires Dutch and French fluency and strong Excel skills, and offers exposure to digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Commercial or Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French is a must.
• Strong Excel skills and data-crunching ability.
• Willingness to work across Belgium (Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels).
• Ability to explain improvements clearly without buzzwords.

Responsibilities

• Support Telecom and Utilities clients with process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define key assumptions.
• Coordinate across teams and work with project managers on implementation.
• Contribute to digital transformation and sustainability initiatives for clients.
