Job summary

Bigham Cable Construction in Piedmont, SC seeks an Assistant Project Manager to oversee assigned projects, ensure accuracy, safety, and profitability, and lead teams to successful completion.

The role requires a good working knowledge of the telecommunications industry, strong computer and data analysis abilities, and prior supervisory experience. You will coordinate tasks, communicate with contractors and customers, and manage multiple projects under pressure.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check

• Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project
• Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project

• The ability to function effectively in a high-stress situation
