Bigham Cable Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help oversee assigned projects, ensuring accuracy, safety, and profitability. The role requires a good grasp of telecommunications, data analysis, and supervisory capabilities.

Strong communication with crews, contractors, and customers is essential. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience, a valid US driver's license, and authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, input, and analyze data.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project.
• Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project.
• The ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
• The ability to function effectively in a high-stress situation.
• The ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
