The role requires curiosity, initiative, and strong collaboration within a team. Target salary range is $80,001 - $120,000 with a comprehensive learning environment and periodic watch duties.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI and Polygraph clearance required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (professional, military or classroom).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent substituted experience accepted.
• Ability to brief customers and present analytical findings.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with senior management and stakeholders.
• Strong aptitude to learn new technology.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct domain awareness using ELINT tools and methods to determine capability, intent, and identification.
• Develop tailored assessments for the mission, performing long-term analysis of complex environments.
• Create high-quality deliverables communicating analytical insights to senior stakeholders using PowerPoint and ArcGIS.
• Occasional eight-hour watch-standing shifts; typically 3–4 times per year for about two weeks.
