Job summary

Mini-Circuits is seeking a Junior Supply Planner to support continuous production flow and on-time delivery. The role collaborates across departments to resolve supply challenges and maintains targeted stock levels to meet delivery objectives.

You will work under the Supply Planning Manager to identify risks, expedite stock replenishment, and coordinate with global manufacturing locations to minimize shortages and ensure service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials Management or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• High school diploma or international equivalent required, plus relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in production, materials management, supplier management, or supply-chain/operations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in mathematics; advanced MS Excel; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan parts and assemblies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow inventory guidelines for finished goods, WIP, and item levels.
• Act on MRP signals generated by master schedule, orders, and forecasts.
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans with the Supply Planning Manager.
• Notify stakeholders of issues and overdue materials affecting delivery.
