WSP Global Inc. is seeking an Early Career Geotechnical Engineer to support geotechnical design and construction projects from our Tucson, Tempe, and Phoenix offices.

You will assist with data collection, subsurface investigations, and analysis under supervision while developing professional skills in a dynamic environment. The role involves basic reporting, safety compliance, and collaboration with project teams on infrastructure projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Engineer in Training Certification is preferred.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant post-education experience is expected.
• Familiarity with geotechnical design software and codes is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist with collecting, compiling, and analyzing field and lab data for geotechnical projects.
• Maintain quality control standards for measurements and documentation.
• Support subsurface investigations and soil/rock analysis.
• Assist with site condition assessments and basic geotechnical engineering tasks.
• Prepare clear documentation using electronic systems and field notes.
• Follow safety guidelines and project procedures; comply with codes and permits.
