Job summary

Royers Flowers in Lebanon, PA is seeking an Entry Level Executive – Floral Operations to learn the floral business from the ground up. This role covers retail operations, procurement, distribution, and central design training, with no prior floral/design experience required.

You will rotate across departments, receive mentorship, and prepare for senior management roles. The role demands 48-50 hours weekly, 5-6 days, including alternating Saturdays, and travel within PA locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience (3-5 years).
• Strong analytical skills for financial and inventory analysis.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
• Proficient with Excel, inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn all areas of daily storefront operations and POS management.
• Assist procurement, buying, and inventory control.
• Coordinate distribution logistics and freshness of perishables.
• Support marketing, finance, HR, and production during training.
